Point Turner & Seam Creaser

$3.60

If ever asked, I will say that this tool is my favorite sewing tool. This unassuming and inexpensive device has a pointed end used for creating sharp corners in pillows and table runners. The round is good for coercing smooth curves.

This 5" three-in-one tool is a must for every sewer. Easily turn points, crease seams and remove basting stitches.

  • To turn points - use the pointed end of the tool to gently push out corner points in pillows, collars, lapels, pockets, and much more.
  • To crease seams - use the curved edge of the tool to open up seams before pressing
  • To remove basting stitches - place pointed end of tool under basting stitch and pull away from the fabric to remove threads

Home Dec Beck says,"DON'T use the pointed ends of scissors or chopsticks to do the job that this tool was designed for. You will cuss when the scissors or chopstick pokes a hole into the fabric. If you do it anyway, check out page 59 in Decorating Sewlutions: Learn to Sew as You Decorate Your Home to learn how to save your project."
