Materials List:
- Decorator fabric for the top layer (print recommended) *
- Contrasting decorator fabric for the bottom layer *
- Lining fabric for both top and bottom layers
- Novelty fringe (ball fringe or tassel fringe) in a color to contrast with the bottom layer
- Thread to match decorator fabric
- Heavy button thread (preferably waxed)
- ¾-inch diameter (size 30) half-ball cover buttons (one for each pleat)
- Point turner
- Water erasable fabric marker

Suitable fabrics include quilting-weight cotton, light-weight decorator fabric and other light to medium-weight woven fabrics. Do not use stretchy fabrics such as t-shirt knits.
